What is your company’s data worth to AI labs?

Answer four quick questions for an indicative range. It takes about a minute, and nothing is sent until you choose to share it.

01 How many people work at your company?
02 How many years of digital records do you keep?
03 Which of these does your team use?

Select all that apply.

Next step

Want a number you can plan around?

An online range is a starting point. A reviewed estimate comes from a person who looks at your actual situation. It’s free, with no obligation.

A reviewed estimate covers

  • A range based on your actual systems, history and industry
  • What’s likely in scope, and what should stay out
  • Rights or privacy questions to resolve early
  • Whether it’s worth taking to buyers, and next steps if so

No files or logins needed. We’ll ask questions on a short call. Nothing about your records is shared with anyone unless you later sign a license.

We’ll only use your details to respond to you. No newsletters. See our privacy policy.

How the estimate works

Four inputs, and what they can’t tell us.

The estimator gives a partner estimate for qualifying records, starting from our typical range of $100K to $1M+. Here’s what moves it.

  • Team size

More people doing skilled work produce more varied, more connected records. It sets the starting point of the range.

  • Years of history

Buyers value depth: the same kinds of work done many times, over years, including the exceptions.

  • Variety of records

Each kind of record you keep (email, documents, operating systems, CRM, calls) adds context. More variety moves the range up.

  • What it can’t see

Quality, how well records connect, rights and buyer demand. That’s why a reviewed estimate from a person can land higher or lower.

Questions

About your estimate.

How accurate is this estimate?

It is an indicative partner estimate based only on four answers. It is useful for deciding whether a conversation is worth having, not for planning around. A reviewed estimate looks at your actual systems, history and rights, and buyer interest and value are never guaranteed.

Why is the range so wide?

Two businesses with the same headcount can have very different records. Quality, how well the records connect, the expertise they capture, rights and buyer demand all move the final number, and none of those can be judged from four questions.

Is my information saved or sent anywhere?

No. The estimate is calculated in your browser. Nothing is sent to us unless you fill in the form and ask for a reviewed estimate.

What does a reviewed estimate cost?

Nothing. The conversation and reviewed estimate are free, with no obligation. If you later decide to license records through us, we are paid a success fee only if a license is signed.

My team is under 20 people. Should I bother?

Possibly. Most licenses we pursue involve teams of 20 or more, but smaller teams with deep, specialized records can still qualify. A short conversation will tell you.
