We only earn when you do, and we earn more when you earn more. That’s why we compare offers and negotiate, rather than steering you toward the first one that comes along.

It also aligns our time with yours. We only do well when a license is worth signing.

And because nothing is owed unless you sign, the decision stays yours from start to finish. You can walk away at any point before a license is signed.

What percentage do you charge?

It depends on the size and complexity of the license. We agree the percentage with you in writing, so there are no surprises.

Are there any upfront costs?

No. There are no retainers, setup fees or hourly charges. The first conversation and a reviewed estimate are free, with no obligation.

What if I don’t like any of the offers?

Then you don’t sign, and you owe us nothing. You can walk away at any point before a license is signed.

When is the fee owed?

Only once a license is signed. The exact timing is set out in our written agreement with you.

Do I need my own lawyer?

That’s your choice, and we encourage it for the final license. Your counsel’s fees are separate from ours, and we’re happy to walk them through the terms.
