Privacy policy
Last updated October 6, 2026
This policy explains how Cascade Data Partners (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through cascadedatapartners.com. It covers this website only. Business records that a client chooses to license are governed by separate written agreements, never by this policy, and nothing you submit through this website is ever part of a data license.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit a form, we collect your name, email address, company or firm, and anything else you choose to include, such as a phone number, a message or the estimator answers you decide to send with your note. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
- Basic usage information. We keep a simple, first-party log of how the site is used, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, the website that referred you and campaign tags in links. It does not use cookies or identify you personally.
- Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details to deliver pages, prevent abuse and keep the site secure.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
- The value estimator runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us unless you submit a form and choose to include them. While you browse, they are kept in your browser’s session storage for convenience and cleared when you close the tab.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and arrange a conversation.
- To assess whether we can help, and to provide our services if you engage us.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To protect the site, prevent spam and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers that host the site, store submissions and deliver email (currently Cloudflare), under terms that limit their use of it.
- With our professional advisers, where needed.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, our clients or others.
- As part of a merger, acquisition or similar transaction, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, maintain a business relationship and meet legal or record-keeping obligations, then delete it. Usage logs are kept for a limited period.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@cascadedatapartners.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or other privacy laws, and we will respond as those laws require. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and restricted access to submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send confidential business records through this website.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
International visitors
If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
